I first made this page for the New Year 2000~~a year both feared and anticipated by the masses. People were preparing for all their computers to crash, as the new numbers took on three zeros, creating a whole new "animal" for the binary codes of computers. People feared the worst, and ... just like so many times when weather forecasters say "You'd better watch out," nothing happened...at least not on the surface.
